Summarize about Tuna Tourbles

The mainidea is about the Tuna Troubles. Tuna is a kind of fish that used to make sushi, especially bluefin tuna, According to the survey of NewYouk times, bluefin tuna contain higher levels of mercury than other species of tuna because they live longer and accumlate more mercury in their body tissues. It's easy for us to understand the transfer of mercury from fish to diner. Definitely, the more you eat, the higher mercury level you will get. However,the big point is how mercury is transferred from the environment to the fish themselves. Base on the information, scientists found mercury settles into the water in a form called methymercury and then absorbed by bacteria makes its way up to the top food chain-human, so it's like

methymercury-- bacteria--bluefin tuna---food(sushi)---human

The only way to reduce the dangerous risk is decline mercury in the environment

I was quite interested in this artical. Fortunately, you have posted on your blog. It is better for us to know this information I think. So, don't be upset. Environment is one of the biggest problems in our life. Now we are learning evolution, we cannot make our earth get worse. But, it seems like happening now in some fields. Our earth becoming warmer and warmer, water turnning dirtier and dirtier. Many many nature are dying like Iceland. How can we protect our earth? Do little things from our life at least.
