last post

actually~~~ we almost see the dawn now.... i am kidding, so this is the last post for the semester. its so great cuz i will have vacation from tomorrow afternoon, i would like to get up at 11:00 in the morning and then take a jogging after that enjoy my life at home or go travellingl....i feel absolutely tired after this couse but its wealth cuz i leart a lot from different units, seriously... its one of my best memory in the life..... anyway, i have done all the job, now its time for relax and celebrate.

Here, also i wanna say thanks to all teachers who had helped me before from intermediate 1 to advanced 2, thank u very much, appreciate to all of u

my opinion of oral presentation

well, my opinion of oral presentation~ actually...i feel really good cuz i spent 2 nights in order to prepare all the information and cue cards ppt(first time to use) , i mean i put my heart into this. obviously, the oral presentation is a huge cake 4 me and i guess i did good job during the 30 minutes. from my way of thinking that, it was a significant practice 4 me before i enter into University. the reason is i have realized how to manage public speaking and how to prepare presentation. i do believe this kind of practice would help me to overcome troubles in the future, seriously. acutally, this oral presentation was my first time to speak alone 4 almost 30 mintues, it was really great and i felt like really exciting. although i got oral mistakes or even some information that audiences got confused i still believe i have learnt a lot from this kind of activity. i gusee i enjoyed it a lot.

for preparing the presentation i think it took me 200% of my concentration, haha just kidding, i mean i really put concentration for it cuz i have realized this time i will do it by myself, it doesnt like group work and i need to fight alone like a warrior, thats why i really like this presentation. all in all, i had prepared a lot and i was trying to explain clearly and easy to understand. besides, i think preparing work is a landmark 4 me cuz i did the whole work only by myself and internet before this presentation i also got some work like oral speaking but there were team partners who could help me in different aspects. however, this time definitely i got the goal only by myself, i felt like satisfaction and successful. its a wonderful experience 4 me.

for other's presentations, i do believe they did good job cuz i understood what they were talking about and what they wanted to explain. i think each of them gave me a good gift in terms of oral presentation cuz i have leart different kind of knowledge from different directions, medical, society, computer, tobacco industry, anyway it was a good feeling to be a loyal listener in the classroom and i was enjoyed their presentations, seriously....

for blogging project, by all means, its quite interesing 4 me cuz i can write whatever i want(legal) in this area. i do believe its a good way to improve my writing cuz i have updated my blog punctual everytime, its good i mean, i am very interested in it, actually it doesnt take me a long 4 blogging but its amazing when i was writing my feeling through this window. its quite useful to build a atmospehere 4 all the fellows cuz we know each other better than before, arent we?

anyway, time 4 us to be off and enjoy our life in the future, i am thinking about to go back to China after this course that will be another beautiful story.

In a word, thanks to both teachers and thanks to my fellows. lets enjoy our colourful life from now on,haha......

Reaction to textbook

acually, i think this textbook is very interesting cuz there are many examples and stories which i have never heard before. haha, i think some of the opinions that i really agree with. for example, analyze advantage and disadvange of psychology adjustment. Moreover, this textbook has been proofed itself in terms of scientific research which i think has significant meaning. however, i havent finished the textbook yet. for 1 part i didnt understand very well about the survey of psychology and i will continue reading the book

About my reaction of research paper

haha, frankly~~i like this project a lot, whatever from preparing or writing, its a good practice for me cuz i will go to university later on. I got a lot from this project especially about article structure and writing strategies. moreover, i realized how to make reference which is considered to be very important here. from my way of thinking that, this kind of practice takes important role in university career and i should practice it before i enter into the world. i feel so happy about my project and say thanks to both lili and Adrianne cuz u have helped me a lot for this research paper. if i got chance 4 next paper i would be pretty glad to fulfill,seriously....absolutely~,definitely and exactly,hahaha. Actually the real change is doing what u mean and meaning what u do. i like this kind of working style and i have many options to do my job. thats amazing~~~obviously, i finished my work before deadline and i got professional feedback and thats the real deal cuz i was improving through the process. happy~~~~~~~anyway

thanks again to both teachers and classmates who had helped me for this research paper, merci~,谢谢，thanks..haha, anyway, i like this project . this practice is a kind of manoeuvre which can really help us to understand those points and also prevent us from getting troubles in the future.haha,i like it. the key is we got problems or troubles the earier the better~ thats significant.

judging about people

i guess this topic has sigcificant meaning nowadays........... its true that many people like judging others from their appearance and it actually doesent work. even 4 myself, i like judging my classmates in order to know about their background when i was in highschool but now i realize it's just a big foul-up.

when i heard this topic it makes me remember the name of a moive " The Beautiful Mind", what i mean is whatever how luxury from the surface but inside is the most important key here. i think people should get close to each other not only do some judging from outside......

i believe goodness is the most beautiful personality in the world, probably the person is really ugly but beautiful mind is what i need.....

About the unit

for me, the unit that i really like is animal experiments cuz its very interesting. i had heard many times about using animals to do scientific research thats why i prefer this unit , i know more about this field and new ideas came out from different scientists. Hopefully, i learnt new vocabulary in terms of experiment and statements and i realized that animal research is a two-edged sword. Moreover, my knowledge has been increased after this unit. what i mean is this unit seems like really scientific and thats my favourite....haha

i think the mid-term video is also very interesting although it talked about the black side of our world. by all means, i guess there was a big mess in African, as a result, people should give a hand in developing their own countries. thats another point we r looking 4 in this video~~~~ more than the population explosion.

actually, its pretty difficult to tell u which unit i prefer cuz each unit takes different role in this course. i guess what i need to do is trying to learn more and more knowledge from each unit then keep in mind. that will be significant,anyway......

Free writing about the lecture~

it's pretty funny for us to went to the lecture cuz i falled alssp really deeply and both xixi and Jarno left me without awaking me during the lecture. Definitely, the lecture was boring and we didnt have any interesting about it. It was actually not a debate just like dialogue among different people. I think this lecture is kind of show probably in order to attracts people's eyes......

frankly, although this lecture was not very interesting i still have done some notes about the big issue. By all means, i guess this problem is not only in Quebec, it has been existed all over Canada. I have no idea that students's opinions in other provinces cuz i have heard that Quebec tuition fee is lower than other provinces. Even under this situation, students had paraded a lot last year so what will students in other provinces do? Strike? haha... i am kidding~~~~~

i like the girl who introduced lecturers at the beginning of the lecture cuz her voice was pretty soft and beautiful (seriously). In my opinion, thats the most motivational thing for me to stayed in that hell. The gentleman( guy) who comes from government was so cute~~~~ cuz he was pretty equivocal for both sides~~~ i was sleeping otherwise i would like to ask him what the fucking hell r u taking about......he agreed with increasing tuition fee and also disagreed with the work that each university has done. i couldnt believe that,~~~~ pretty incredible.... i was muting...... he actually said all the words(什么话都让他说了）

anyway, there were not so many audiences in the huge room, i knew it before~~ by all means, this lecture was not really debate. obviously, we were so disappoint about that. next time, i will choose other lecture instead of this boring topic.........

Population issue

My grandparents have 5 children my father is the oldest in the family. I have 3 uncles and 1 aunt. My parents only have 1 child that's me cuz in order to control the explosion of populiation in China government has a new policy which called "1 child project" that means each family only has 1 child. That's why most of young generation in China dont have brothers or sisters. For me,i havent thought of how many children i would like to have~~~~~ thats a good question, i guess it depends on my wife~~haha,how mang children does she want~it doesnt matter. haha

In China, i think population should be around 1.3 billion. Obviously~it brings huge impact to our society and people's ordinary life. for example~ during rush hour i can see people are moving like sea~ i mean its really incredible here. Huge population also brings serious competition to China, from children to adults, from schools to companies.

Definitely, many significant population shifts had happened in China especially from rural areas to urban areas. For consequences, i guess competition has been incresed lot. Nowadays, people feel pretty difficulty to find stable jobs. Moreover, I think some of people who came from rural areas havent received good education, even worse, they have done some terrible commit crime. It brought bad effects to our society.

In a world, China has done a lot of work about controlling population. Better late than never~

Reaction about my novel

The name of the novel is Obasab. Actually, i like this book cuz the story based on WW2 taht happened in Norh- America. Most of sections happened in wartime. i feel interesting about the novel especially 4 the janpanese-candainas who lived in Canada during wartime. i realized that they suffered a lot cuz they are janpanese and their experience was definitely a kind of torture. In my personal idea, this novel focus on their experience and life in Canada which i think is amazing and horrible. By all means, i think there is no fault in wartime cuz people under wartime should present more patriotically.

well~ i think this novel helps me a lot for learning English. The point is i learned many new words from this novel which i never heard before. I guess that is very splendid cuz i know same meanings in specific situations. hahaha , i like this feeling seriously~

All in all, i like this novel and i want recommend to my friends.

Reaction Writing about the lecture

Generally speaking, i think the lectuure is interesting. I remember at the beginning the lady made some warm up questions in order to start the lecture. By all means i like this kind of process. In my personal idea, different people have different skills for collecting information, as she said that in differnet age groups people choose different ways. As young generation, i would like to choose internet to serch the information that i really want because its fast and conveninet. Definitely, media takes an important role in our socitey nowadays, such as the reading she gave me. Base on the weather forecast, people will be aware of that snow storm is coming this weekend. I believe that media has significant meaning in our daily life. Not only for the weather forecast but also for our common life.

Actually, i like this lecture because i think its useful. Although my major is not media and i understand the importance of media. I think this lecture is a good lesson for me.

Reaction Writing

I think this video is really interesting. Base on the experimenet that experts did i feel like probably women have better language skills than men. For example, they have good capability of organizing language. Moreover, they have better comprehension about language than men.
Actually i think from the results of experiments it is ture that women have stronger ability in daily life which called "multitasking", however, most of men don't have the ability as well as women. For example, women can do many different activities at same time but men can't.
From the video i saw nowadays there are more and more female reporters than male this evidence brings out one idea that women have good language skills. Obviously, i think male and female have different ways to use language. For example, women like taking with their family members, friends but men don't like that way. Definitely, some of the language skills are come into being by communicaitons. I believe because of good language ability women would have more changes to get job than men in the future.

Reaction of story--Tuna Troubles

I never heard this issue before. By all means, i really like sushi because it's healthy and delicious. i believe the process of making sushi is so beautiful that's one of the reasons i like it. i eat sushi 1~2 times a week and usually buy it at supermarket like provigo or sushi shop. this story really hurts my heart............ is it ture that sushi contains higher level of mercury?? definitely, i know mercury is bad for our health and possibly it brings diseases if mercury increases to a high level that human bodies can't accept ...... that's really horrible... i believe this story makes sense because scientists analysed the procedure of how mercury can transfer to body..... oh,~my god.... i don't want to c although it's ture....... anyway, i like sushi whatever and eating 1~2 times a week is ok , actually i will switch to other kind of sushi, such like vegetable sushi,hahaha.

For deeply thinking about this issue, i think human need to protect our environment more and more ,seriously... the reason is what we eat almost come from natural world...just like tuna~ if human can treat ocean better i believe this kind of problems will be decline in the future.

In a word, sometimes science is good but sometimes is bad....... hahahaha

Summarize about Tuna Tourbles

The mainidea is about the Tuna Troubles. Tuna is a kind of fish that used to make sushi, especially bluefin tuna, According to the survey of NewYouk times, bluefin tuna contain higher levels of mercury than other species of tuna because they live longer and accumlate more mercury in their body tissues. It's easy for us to understand the transfer of mercury from fish to diner. Definitely, the more you eat, the higher mercury level you will get. However,the big point is how mercury is transferred from the environment to the fish themselves. Base on the information, scientists found mercury settles into the water in a form called methymercury and then absorbed by bacteria makes its way up to the top food chain-human, so it's like

methymercury-- bacteria--bluefin tuna---food(sushi)---human

The only way to reduce the dangerous risk is decline mercury in the environment

About Language Learner

In my personal idea, I believe that patient is the most importat factor to become a proficient language learner. As we know , it's difficult to manage a proficient language. The reason is during the learning period people would facing a lot of difficulities, espeacially at the beginning. I believe that patient takes an dominant role of language learning because learning languages takes a lot of time and energy.People need to keep motivation all the time although there will be frustrations in the future. Besides patient, I think people should be brave in order to become proficient language learners because people need to overcome different kinds of trobules. Definitely, they need brave and determination all the time. Ohterwise, perhaps it's easy to relinquish learing process. There are my personal ideas, I believe the person who both has patient and brave determinaiton will be more easy to become a proficient language learner.

Reaction writing about Skyscraper

From my way of thinking that, skyscrapers are really useful nowadays. The reason is we only have one planet and it is necessary for human to save not only land but also resources. In my personal idea, skyscraper has many benefits such like convenient and practical.

For example, there are many big cities as Tokyo in Japan has problems like large population and lack of using land. In order to solve these problems people actually need to build skyscrapers. I believe that skyscrapers can really help people to live in cities.

Moreover, in some areas, skyscrapers are considered to be symbols of the city, in otherwords, people who come from other cities or countries will have a visit to those splendid skyscrapers. I think some of the skyscrapers are definitely improve the impressions of the city in other people's views.
